Application Guide
●Substrate Preparation: Must be solid, flat, clean, dry (moisture content <10%), free of oil and loose materials. For old walls, remove all powdery layers completely and repair with leveling filler. Application of an alkali-resistant primer is recommended.
●Material Preparation: Stir slightly after opening; do not dilute with water. For coloring, use dedicated colorants and mix slowly and uniformly.
●Texture Creation:
●Method A (Trowel & Texture): Apply coating evenly to wall with a trowel, thickness approx. 1-2mm. Immediately use a dedicated texture roller (chosen based on desired pattern size) to roll/pull vertically or horizontally to create texture. Teamwork is essential for continuous operation on wet film.
●Method B (Spray Texture): Use a dedicated spray gun and nozzle to create granular textures of varying sizes by adjusting air pressure and material output.
●Curing: Protect from rain and strong physical impact within 24 hours after application. Full drying/curing takes approximately 7 days, during which performance gradually reaches optimum.
Precautions
●Application Environment: Temperature between 5°C and 35°C, air humidity below 85%. Avoid application in strong wind, rain, or snow.
●Product Storage: Store in a cool, dry place between 5°C and 35°C. Typical shelf life is 12 months in unopened, original packaging.
●Texture Consistency: For a single wall, it is recommended that the same team use the same batch of material to complete the work continuously, ensuring uniform texture and color.
●System Compatibility: Strongly recommend using the dedicated, matching alkali-resistant primer to enhance adhesion, prevent efflorescence, and optimize topcoat consumption.
