Mortar Spraying Machine

Mortar for plastering is made by mechanically mixing cement, quartz sand, polymer binder with various additives. It is mainly used for the anti cracking protective layer outside the insulation layer in thin plastering insulation systems, as well as for the surface of materials such as buildings and components. It also serves as a protective base layer and meets the requirements of use. It is also known as polymer insulation board plastering mortar. Mingshida brand plastering mortar is made of high-quality modified special cement, various polymer materials, and fillers through a unique process composite, with good water retention and excellent crack resistance.

The surface layer is flat, smooth, delicate, and aesthetically pleasing.

Mainly used for foundation leveling and surface treatment of insulation boards such as polystyrene board, rock wool board, extruded polystyrene board, and polymer polystyrene board, as well as interior and exterior walls of buildings.

The ratio of plastering mortar to water is about 4:1 (weight ratio), until mixed evenly. Reference dosage: 5-8kg/m2
