1. A common way to paste XPS boards
There are two ways to paste XPS boards: one is dot and frame and the other is strip sticking. The dot adhesive method is suitable for walls with poor base flatness; The strip adhesive method is suitable for walls with good base flatness. When using spot bonding, it is necessary to ensure that the bonding area shall not be less than 30%. It is strictly forbidden to apply glue on the side of the XPS board when pasting.
2. Paste XPS board, the standard size of XPS board for external wall insulation is 600mmx900mm, 600mmx1200mm, local irregularities can be cut on site, pay attention to the incision and the board surface perpendicular. The small size of the corners of the wall is more than 300mm, and the joints of the XPS board shall not be left at the four corners of the door and window, and the board surface shall be arranged in horizontal order. The adhesive board is applied with a special tool to evenly squeeze the extruded board, and the flatness and verticality are checked at any time with a 2-meter ruler and a de-wired board. The seam of the board is tight, and attention should be paid to removing the adhesive extruded from the edge of the board to avoid colluding ash. When the seam width exceeds 2 mm, the corresponding XPS plate is filled. If the height difference of the joint exceeds 1.5 mm, it is smoothed with a special abrasive.
